Today's kids prefer to work at night or think they have turned day into night and night into day, they sleep all day and start working late at night. After working all night they feel very hungry and if they eat something heavy during this hunger, their stomach may get upset. Oatmeal is a good snack for dinner. It is very healthy and contains all the fruits. It does not upset our stomach and our energy level also increases. It is very sweet to eat and many people have it for breakfast in the morning.
